Palate: Dried fruits and notes of sherry.

Cask Finish: Brazilian Teak
Palate: Vanilla and tropical fruits, with a clear influence of cinnamon and other
spices.
Plate 🡪 Cured halibut with mango salsa
3. Dish: Bivrost Midgard 46% alc.vol
Cask Finish: Sherry Casks
Palate: Long finish, with a hint of oak. Oloroso and dried fruits.
Plate 🡪 Smoked duck with fennel cream

Palate: Raisins, Some prunes, Cinnamon, Hint of Ginger with some biscuits and
